How it works
We do it in four steps, the ABCs: Anchor, Boxes, Community and Scale.
-
AAnchor
Celebrity endorsements
First, we bring on one big name in your space. Once other creators see someone they admire working with you, they want in, and they often ask for less money to do it.
Midi Health did this for menopause care. Its first national campaign put Amy Schumer at the front of a class on brain fog, hot flashes and sleep, with mom creators Melani Sanders and Caitlin Murray in her class.
-

BBoxes
PR boxes built for each creator
Most packages a creator gets are just a bunch of products. We send a gift built for that creator, so they notice you and want to be part of what you're building.
Lovevery builds a different kit for each age, so the box fits the baby that month, and moms film themselves opening it. In the videos we've looked at, we didn't find a mom or menopause brand building a box for one creator. That's still open.
-

CCommunity
A private group with perks
We invite those creators into a private group with perks, so they keep posting all year instead of charging you a flat fee every time. They become friends and share what's working.

SScale
Whitelisting
We take the best creator videos and run them as ads from the creator's own account, then put more budget behind the ones that work. This is called whitelisting.
Midi Health runs Melani Sanders' own video as a Midi ad, from her account. She's one of the moms from the Amy Schumer class. Perelel does the same with Olivia Culpo, and Needed with Sarah Wright Olsen.
Why work with us
One system, not one campaign
We don't just run a regular campaign on retainer. The anchor gets creators interested, the boxes get their attention, the community keeps them posting, and scale puts ad money behind what is already working.
We work with your team
We're not replacing your team, because we only work with brands that already have one. We install the systems and teach them to your team, so after 6 to 18 months you can scale it internally.
Health and wellness is one of our core lanes
Prenatal, fertility and menopause products have rules on what can be said, and we run promotions inside those rules every day.
We study your competitors
Which mom integrations performed well, which fell flat, and what we can learn from both.
Your value props, front and center
We pin down what makes you different, bring it into every creative brief, and review every single ad before it goes live.
Over the last year, we've worked across 55+ brands and helped companies 2-3x Black Friday launches.
We're Dennis and Alice, in Toronto.
Questions brands ask us
What does it cost?
It's expensive. A typical starting spend is $250k, and that covers the celebrity endorsement, the PR boxes, the creator group and the whitelisting, with the goal of scaling on multiples on your existing Meta ads account. It takes a lot to run, because we're the ones managing the group.
We've paid influencers before and got no sales.
Usually it's one of a few fixable things: the wrong audience, a single one-off post, no real tracking, or a salesy integration that got skipped. So we start with a defined pilot and scale only the creators who hit your cost-per-sale.
Can you promise results?
No honest agency can promise views or sales, because nobody can predict the algorithm. Anyone who guarantees that is not telling the truth. What we can do is line up the things that give you the best shot, like creators whose followers are your kind of buyer.
Why not do it ourselves and get better rates?
In a lot of cases we land a rate low enough that the savings alone offset our fee. And the real question is what your team's time is worth, and whether you'd rather they spend weeks chasing creators or focus on the business.
Can you find creators for a very specific mom?
Yes, that's exactly where we add the most value. If there's an audience for it, there's almost always a trusted creator in it, and those niche partnerships tend to convert best, because the audience sees the creator as one of their own.
We sell menopause care. Isn't creator marketing for young people?
Some of the strongest-converting creators we work with have older, more mature followings. Those audiences tend to have more disposable income and to trust their creators more, so the partnerships often perform better than chasing a younger demo.
Our prenatal vitamin has rules on health claims. How does that work?
Creators share their own experience and point people to you, they never diagnose, recommend, or make a direct health claim. It's framed as lifestyle and experience, never a claim. Every word is reviewed before it posts, with disclosures done properly.
Can we see the content before it goes live?
Yes. You approve the brief and the first video before anything goes live. If you're a brand with strict rules, we'll even help you write the content plan and make sure it follows every rule.
Will our creators promote our competitors?
No. Exclusivity can be written right into the agreement, so your creators aren't promoting rivals. We set the category and the time window, so you won't see your creator with a competitor next week.
Can we drop creators who aren't working?
Yes, that's exactly what we do. After testing, we keep the best creators. We do this split every month: we cut two or three weak ones and keep the strong ones, so we're always testing new creators and keeping the best team.
Which platforms do you use?
We work with every platform. YouTube is usually the best for conversions, but depending on the product, Instagram and TikTok can work well too. Instagram is especially strong for retargeting ads through Meta.
Why run ads from the creator's account instead of our own page?
Same ad, different sender. From the creator's handle it reads as a real person, not a brand, so it gets more trust, more clicks, and cheaper CPMs, and that trust matters most in regulated categories.
How do you track it?
We use coupon codes and tracking links, and we follow every sale through them. Then we run a dashboard that shows your views and how much money you make for every 1,000 views. If you use Shopify, we plug right in.
How fast can we start?
Once you approve the shortlist, outreach starts immediately. Realistically it's a couple of weeks to lock deals and briefs, then creators film and publish on their own schedules within the campaign window. Good creators book up early, so the sooner you approve, the sooner we lock them in.
